Welcome to the DAT'S Designing Divas
First Challenge & Blog Hop!
Our first challenge is to create a layout, card or altered item with a scrapbooking theme.
We hope you can share your project with us by Monday, April 30, 2012 at the DAT'S Designing Divas Blog.
If you have come to my blog from Donna's (my mom's) blog, you are on the right track.
I am the second blog on the hop & my special word is "Designing". To participate to have a chance of winning the blog hop prize, you must leave a comment on my post and continue to the next blog to collect their special word.
After you have collected all 8 words in order, you must go back to the DAT'S Designing Divas Blog to post your 8 word sentence in the comment section by midnight on Monday, April 16, 2012 to qualify for the prize. Good luck & Happy Hopping!
The next blog on the hop is my Aunt Brandi.
For this card, I used Simple Stories Baby Steps 4 x 4 quote & 6 x 8 photo mat elements & sweet dreams two-sided patterned papers with Bazzill Bitter Chocolate cardstock.
To embellish the card, I used Stampin' Up Twitterpated Designer Buttons, Pastel Raspberry Liquid Pearls & embroidery floss from my stash. I also used classic ovals large & classic scalloped ovals small nestabilities.
The stamps used on this card are Stamping Bella's Stamping Bug stamp set, a miscellaneous Stampendous stamp set, CTMH Sans Small Caps & Sans Small Lowercase Alphabet stamp sets.
Copic Markers used are: Skin - YR61; Clothes - Y35; Ink - G21 & YG23; Bag - YR31; Wings - B32 & Colourless Blender; Hair - E49 & E47; Stamp Wheel - E47
